Environment changes generally progress from Test --> Production --> Support

Support environments will always match the SAMS version in production and should be used for replicating production problems, testing setup/functionality changes or training.

Test environments are created to test new SAMS software releases not yet in production for that association. Once an association confirms this release is functioning correctly, this new release will be promoted to production and the test environment de-commissioned.
